Kelly has worked in the transportation industry for the past 27 years. He has held many positions including Federal Law Enforcement Officer, Professional Driver, Driver Trainer, Driver Recruiter, Safety Supervisor, and Safety Manager over a recruiting department for a 1,720 truck fleet. Using these experiences, Kelly founded Impact in January 1998.
Through his real world, solution-based consulting and training, Kelly has become one of the transportation industry's most sought after speaker/trainers.
Kelly founded the International Society of Recruiting and Retention Professionals, Co-Founded the three largest recruiting and retention conferences in North America and the Transportation Training and Development Institute at Kaskaskia College. He is Chairman of the Board for the Transportation Training and Development Institute, is on the Board of Directors for the Truckload Carriers Association, and is a member of the Recruitment and Retention Human Resource Committee for the TCA and ATA.

Don Fifer has been a leader in people and process development for the past 15 years. Prior to joining the team at Impact, Don worked for HSBC and was regarded as a Subject Matter Expert in Production, Process Development and Improvement, Employee Retention & Development, Compliance, Efficiency, and Philanthropy.
Don is skilled in sales, production, analytics, public speaking, customer service, and philanthropy. With a multi-faceted background and experiences, Don relates to and communicates with all types of people.
Education is also a reflection of Don’s diversity. He has studied Business at Missouri Southern State University as well as Biblical Studies at Ozark Christian College. He has also completed multiple courses and programs regarding OSHA General Industry, Human Resource Management, Production Improvement, High Performance Leadership, Workforce Development, Perceptual Theories as well as Conflict Mediation and Social Interaction.
Don has created and delivered nationally accepted training workshops regarding Time Management / Prioritizing, Effective Leadership Skills, Coaching for Performance, and Conversational Sales Techniques.

Carmen joined Impact in December of 2000 after working in the banking industry for 5 years. She manages the accounting department of Impact and is the gracious Hostess at the Corporate Training events at Impacts Training Center in Neosho, Mo.

John has over 30 years of Transportation industry experience. During this tenure John has worked in multiple sectors of the industry including: Dry Van, Flat Bed, Tanker, Hazmat, Refrigerated and High Value Special Commodities. He has been a company driver, owner operator, and small fleet owner.
John provides comprehensive undercover recruiting and retention services. These services involve completing the recruiting and orientation process of a carrier as a driver.
