Post Employment Surveys and Analysis
This program identifies the real reasons drivers are leaving your company and through our rehire efforts will increase the number of returning drivers while decreasing turnover.
Our program is customizable to your needs and we make it as turnkey and automatic as possible. We call each driver up to three times in an effort to conduct the survey. If we don’t reach them, we will send an e-mail with an on-line survey. If the driver is eligible to return to your company, we will advise them and ask if they are interested in returning. We find many times drivers regret leaving and are eager to come back.
We offer a list of proven questions which can be customized to meet your specific needs. We also provide a set of standard reports, but we can add custom reports as per your need.
The setup process is very easy. All we need is your approved list of questions, the list of driver contacts who have left your company, and if the driver is eligible for rehire.
We typically get the following information:
- Name, Address, Phone Number, and Email
- Type of Driver
- Start and End Dates
- Reason for Leaving
- Fleet Manager
- Eligible for Rehire – yes/no
Most clients send their resignation list on a monthly basis and we follow up with a monthly report that reflects individual and cumulative results.
The fee for completing an exit interview is $19.50 per driver. There is a one-time setup fee of $1,250.
