Through increased CSA intervention the FMCSA will require carriers to take “meaningful” steps toward addressing deficient issues through their safety and training plan. This program is specifically designed to meet CSA requirements!

The Program Provides

• Orientation
  Each driver will have access to a standardized set of orientation materials designed to reinforce the essential aspects of safety and compliance within the transportation industry.
• On-going Development
  Every driver will be assigned a standard set of development programs every month aimed at increasing compliance, safety, productivity, and profitability.
• Corrective Action
  If a driver has a “safety event” just let Impact know and we’ll assign appropriate corrective action training.
• Follow Through
  On the 20th of the month Impact will notify the Safety Director of any drivers that still have not completed their training.

Reporting

• At the end of every month Impact will provide custom reports showing:
  - Training Assigned
  - Training Completed
• All completed training is date and time stamped.
