Just wanted to let you know how much your seminar helped me change the way I do things. I believe I have greatly improved the manner in which I deal with co-workers and drivers. Professional decorum on the telephone seems like such a simple thing, I didn’t even realize how lax I had become. Another big area was swearing. I finally took a moment to listen to myself.  I was shocked at how pervasive foul language had become in my daily life. This has had a huge impact on how I interact with every one, especially my family. I am embarrassed at how coarse I was.
